Massachusetts Fire Code & Sprinkler Recall Update

On October 15, 2026, Massachusetts approved new fire-safety requirements, including annual checks for recalled fire-sprinkler heads. The provisions are approved but pending adoption, expected in the next code edition in early 2027.
